New! Navigating Midlife: Understanding Perimenopause with Confidence In-Person Workshop

Perimenopause is a natural stage of life, but for many women it can feel anything but straightforward.

Changes in mood, sleep, energy, confidence, memory and physical wellbeing can begin years before menopause itself, often leaving women wondering what is happening to their bodies and minds. Many experience symptoms without realising they may be linked to hormonal changes.

Navigating Midlife: Understanding Perimenopause with Confidence is an engaging, evidence-based workshop designed to help women make sense of this important life transition. Delivered in person, this supportive and interactive session provides clear, practical information in a welcoming environment where questions are encouraged and experiences can be shared.

What You'll Learn

✔ What perimenopause really is and why symptoms can start earlier than many women expect

✔ The wide range of symptoms associated with hormonal changes, including those that are often overlooked or misunderstood

✔ The latest evidence-based information on lifestyle approaches, wellbeing strategies and support options

✔ Practical tips to help manage energy, sleep, stress and confidence during midlife

✔ How to advocate for yourself, have informed conversations with healthcare professionals and access the support you deserve

Who Is This Workshop For?

This workshop is ideal for women who are:

  • Experiencing changes they think may be related to perimenopause
  • Looking for trustworthy, up-to-date information
  • Wanting practical strategies to support their wellbeing
  • Supporting friends, family members or colleagues through perimenopause

A Supportive Space to Learn and Connect

Perimenopause affects every woman differently, but no one should have to navigate it alone. This workshop offers a safe and supportive environment to learn, reflect and connect with others who may be experiencing similar challenges.

You'll leave with greater understanding, practical tools and the confidence to take positive steps towards managing your wellbeing during midlife and beyond.

Group Workshops for partners, spouses and supporters- Understanding Menopause Together

Menopause does not just affect the person experiencing it—it can have a significant impact on relationships, family life, communication, and emotional wellbeing. Many partners want to be supportive but often feel unsure about what menopause is, why changes are happening, or how they can help.

Our engaging and practical workshops are designed specifically for husbands, partners, spouses, and anyone supporting someone through menopause.

Why Attend?

Menopause can bring physical, emotional, and psychological changes that can sometimes be confusing for both partners. This workshop provides a safe, supportive, and judgement-free environment where participants can learn, ask questions, and gain confidence in supporting their loved one.
