The Workplace Menopause Library Experience is much more than simply hiring a collection of books – it's an engaging and supportive wellbeing initiative designed to encourage learning, conversation and understanding across your organisation.
When the library arrives at your workplace, Annette Aiken, Founder of The Mobile Menopause Library & Training, personally delivers and professionally sets up the display before introducing colleagues to the collection. During a relaxed 45–60 minute introductory session, employees are guided through the resources available, discover how to choose books relevant to their own experiences or to better support others, and have the opportunity to ask questions in an informal and welcoming environment.
Once the introduction has finished, the library remains available for employees to browse throughout the day, allowing colleagues to access trusted information privately and at their own pace.
For organisations choosing a longer hire period, employees can also borrow books to read at home and return them during the agreed hire period. This creates an ongoing opportunity for learning, encourages conversations beyond the workplace, and allows individuals the time and space to explore topics that matter most to them.
Whether incorporated into a wellbeing week, diversity and inclusion programme, awareness campaign or World Menopause Day event, the Workplace Menopause Library Experience provides a memorable and practical way to demonstrate your organisation's commitment to supporting employees through every stage of menopause.
